The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit membership organization representing 1000 businesses on North Carolina's Outer Banks. Our service area includes Currituck County, Dare County (including Hatteras Island) and Ocracoke Island in Hyde County.

Whether you are a resident of the Outer Banks, a regular visitor or a potential resident, we are glad that you stopped by today.

The Outer Banks has much to offer our 40,800 residents and the 7 million visitors which visit our area each year. We are home to four distinct lighthouses, the site of the Wright Brothers' first flight, America's oldest outdoor drama "The Lost Colony", the largest sand dunes on the East Coast - Jockey's Ridge State Park, the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, the new Roanoke Island Festival Park, one of three North Carolina State Aquariums and a host of family activities including watersports, hang gliding, bird watching, museums and art galleries.

Outer Banks Relocation and Investors Guide
For those new to the area, involved in business activity or thinking of relocating to the Outer Banks, the Chamber offers the Outer Banks Relocation and Investors Guide, a Guidelines for Going into Business Booklet, a detailed Street Map, economic indicators and networking opportunities to help your business grow.

May Craven of Wilmington, NC presenting 'Keeping Customers Happy', a customer service program offered by the Chamber and College of the Albemarle's Small Business Center.  The Chamber offers 20-30 educational cources a year for its membership and the community.
Educational Seminars Throughout the Year

There's even free business counceling available through the Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE).
